Furnace tube is one of the typical and main product of heat resistant steel pipes. This product is widely used in heat treatment industries and in machines such as tube furnaces & equipments where high temperature resistant is required.

1) Product standards:
Stainless steel furnace pipes and high temperature pipes are usually manufactrued and inspected under below sandards:
- ASTM A 269, A312, EN 10216-5, SEW 470
- PED 97/23/EC, AD 2000
- NACE MR0175.

2) Size range:
For heat resistant pipes we can produce from size O.D 16 mm to O.D 60.3 mm.
And the most popular sizes of furnace pipes for wire heat treatment use are O.D 27 mm x W.T 3 mm and O.D 34 mm x W.T 3.5 mm;
3) Materials / steel grades:
The most popular steel grades of Furnace pipes is TP 314 and TP310S; So furnace pipe is also known as 314 stainless steel pipe or 310S stainless steel pipe.
Other heat resistant steel grades also is available on customers requests, such as:
EN/DIN: 1.4541/1.4878, 1.4845, 1.4948,
ASTM: TP 347/347H, TP304H, TP 321/321H, TP 310/310S, 317L.

6) Chief Application:
Younglee's stainless steel high temperature pipes and furnace pipes are mainly used to produce furnaces and in high temperature applications such as:

Radiant tubes (radiation tubes)
